The Down South Band - 9,999,999 Tears / The First Time (Is The Best Time)

I have no idea what is up with this band. They are called The Down South Band but they are either from Vancouver or Edmonton...not so south. It was recorded in North Vancouver but the labels say the record company is from Edmonton and to top it off their booking number is the Vancouver 604 area code. It's a mystery !!!!! LOL

First rate curiosity. They were still playing around British Columbia in 1983. Even doing telethons in Vancouver.
